Trying to Take over the Town Using Litter Spreaders

He was a lawyer but was debarred because he failed the psychological test, so he turned to farming. Nobody was surprised that he failed because after his wife died, Sammy became a very different man. He became very eccentric and violent.
Sammy wanted to take over the town because he felt slighted by the town council president. They had an altercation when Sammy lost in the local election. He wanted to teach the man and the entire town a lesson for insulting him. What he did was take his litter spreader around town and literally spread chicken dung on all the roads around the town. He also took his chicken litter spreader and dumped quite a mound of chicken dung in front of the town council president’s house.
For three days, the town smelled of chicken dung. It took all the people three days to clean up the whole town. As for Sammy, he was declared persona non grata by the town council. He now lives in the outskirts of the town and the people now call him Sammy Dung.
